Kyle Wyatt is a performance and strength & conditioning coach with experience working in elite sport environments. His work centres on developing athletes who can handle the physical demands of high performance while staying durable, consistent, and available over long seasons.
Kyle’s background has shaped a practical, evidence-based approach to training, one that values preparation and long term thinking. Speed, strength, power, and repeatable performance are at the core of his coaching philosophy, but never at the expense of long-term athlete health.
Day to day, the role extends far beyond the gym & field sessions. Programming, monitoring load, managing fatigue, and supporting athletes through high physical and mental stress are all part of the job. Kyle’s focus is on helping athletes show up ready to perform, session after session, week after week.
At its core, Kyle’s work is built on the same principles that drive elite performance everywhere - consistency, intent, and doing the basics exceptionally well. That mindset aligns closely with WKDAY’s approach to clean energy that supports focus, output, and performance when it matters most.

I keep it simple, a small amount of hot water and a splash of milk. Almost tastes like a mocha without the sugar crash.
Sprints. I can drop into a flow state almost instantly, and there’s something about training outdoors.
I can juggle four balls.
Sleep. I treat it like training, Eye mask on in a cold room. Always aim for 8 hours.
Lately it’s been the beach. I love getting outside and relaxing.
