Refund policy
Overview
We want you to have a great experience with WKDAY from the moment your order arrives.
WKDAY products are packed and dispatched with care from stocked inventory. Because we sell consumable goods, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been dispatched — except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
However, we stand behind our product.
30-Day Performance Guarantee
If you’re trying WKDAY for the first time and aren’t satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
- Applies to first-time purchases only
- Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Up to 3 sachets may be consumed as part of a fair trial
- Remaining product must be returned
Returns:
- All eligible items must be returned before a refund is issued
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Refunds are processed after inspection of returned goods
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once approved.
WKDAY reserves the right to refuse refunds where products are excessively consumed or where misuse of the policy is suspected.
Orders & Dispatch
Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. Please ensure all order details — including shipping address, product selection, and subscription choice — are correct before completing checkout.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refunds
Outside of the 30-Day Performance Guarantee, WKDAY does not offer refunds for change of mind, taste preference, or unused products.
Refunds will only be considered if:
- The product is faulty or defective, or
- The product arrives damaged in a way that affects its usability
This is in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Packaging damage alone does not qualify for a refund if the product remains usable.
Subscriptions
WKDAY subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days at the discounted subscription price. You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal before your next billing date.
Once a subscription order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
The 30-Day Performance Guarantee applies only to a customer’s first purchase and does not apply to recurring subscription orders.

This policy does not exclude or limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
