WKDAY ships orders within Australia and selected international destinations. All orders are processed and dispatched from Australia.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and public holidays. During periods of high demand, product launches, or promotional activity, processing times may be extended.

Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Shipping Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

WKDAY is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping promotions will be clearly displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that delivery details are accurate at the time of purchase. WKDAY is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us at hello@wkday.co within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement.
